During his journey he has gathered experience in all aspects of the healthcare organisations and enriched himself with deep domain knowledge by working in several renowned Corporate Hospitals and large diagnostics Centres, Such as AMRI Hospital, Suraksha Chain of Diagnostics Centers, Apollo Group (AHLL), Medica group of Hospitals from a junior resource to the role as Group Vice President of a large hospitals chain. Prior to start the independent entrepreneurship, he was associated with Mediversal Healthcare Private Limited as Co-founder, Managing Director & CEO.
He has an extensive experience in consultancy services with Ernst & Young Global Limited, IFC (World Bank), Tata Group, several State Governments, MoHFW- Government of India, NHRC, NHM, NACO, QCI etc. He has established quality management system in several hospitals across the country and also have undergone the Qualityinspections of various hospitals as an assessor of NABL, NABH & JCI. We are delighted to share that he is one of the core team members of the National healthcare policy making advisory panel of NitiAayog, Govt of India.
During his entire employment in the corporate hospitals and healthcare Institutions, he enjoyed each and every level of career from top to bottom. After serving very senior positions in various hospitals, he decided to leave the comfort zone of corporate world and to travel the road less taken for establishing quality and affordable healthcare system in Tier II, Tier III towns and emerging cities of India, where mass populations are desperately looking for the better medical care and treatment facilities.
